    The boots when will ship within 24 days when you order it. We ship to the use of DHL / USPS / UPS / EMS boots

    Returns

    THREE DEPOSIT SITUATIONS:
    at. Wrong size.
    B. Shipped wrong item.
    C. Defective product.
    All returns must be authorized.
    To receive an authorization for a return, you must contact our customer service to contact us for
    authorization of feedback. As with the return that has not been exchanged for another item, the
    refund is subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
    All items must be returned as new, unworn and unwashed. All original labels must always be attached.
    Please specify the reason for returning to our customer service before returning.
    If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 3 business days after being qualified for a
    return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with immediate notification, we will not authorize
    your return or exchange.
    Once you receive your return authorization information, you must send the returned item (s) within the
    specified time period (14 business days). The return fee will be yours.
    We will not refund shipping charges on returns or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our
    behalf.
    Pack your item (s) in the original shipping box if possible and secure your package for the full value
    of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service you have chosen. We are not
    responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been
    processed.
